Hello,

First, thanks for you're work on KoboUtilities, it's a useful plugin!

My problem: KoboUtilities doesn't appear no more on Calibre.
I did update the extension, suppress and install it again, no change.
I process update again on the Kobo (.tgz), same.

What happen before: I've just bought a new Clara HD, before I had a Aura ed.2. I was able to install everything on the Clara, with no problem related to KoboUtilites. - Another thing I did is to put on "devmode" on the Kobo (for inverted text, but I tried widget option and then deactivate "devmode".

System: OSX 10.11 (El Capitan) - max system on my computer - so with Calibre 3.48
