converting CloudLibrary book for Kindle
My local library now has some books available in CloudLibrary only and I have borrowed one of them. I would like to read it on my Kindle Paperwhite, but all they have to say is to contact Amazon and ask them to allow compatibility with CloudLibrary.

Can someone tell me how to convert this book for use on my Kindle? In case it makes a difference I am running linux here, but I have w7 in virtualbox with internet disabled.
