There is a LibraryThing metadata source plugin, but it hasn't been updated for a long time. And it requires each user to get a developers key from LibraryThing.
There has been other discussion about LibraryThing, and having a quick look at their API, there are issues. Some of the APIs have daily limit on the number of requests. Which is the reason for the individual developers key above. And there are some license issues. There is another API that is probably suitable for what you want. That doesn't appear to need a developers key.
Beyond that, I can't say. I don't use LibraryThing, and have never looked at it beyond the above. And I don't have any interest in doing so. I'll stick with Goodreads.
