Have a look at the ImportList plugin thread, I have a vague memory of a discussion of getting a CSV out of LT and using Import List to update a calibre library metadata ==>>

And/Or, you could export metadata from calibre as a CSV 'catalogue' and import it into LT, assuming it has a CSV import.
