Thank you pazos for reply.
Where do I put the cursur to press 0?

I started all over again. Here is what I did:

1- I downloaded fils, and had following files on my Mac "download" folder:

install.command
kfm_mac_install.zip
KOReader-v2020.02
KOREADER-v2020.02.zip

2- Since I don't have "Extract to" on my Mac, I copy-pasted KOReader-v2020.02 and install.command to Kobo, which appears on the left side of Finder.

3- I right-clicked, and clicked on "Open" on the icon "install-command"

I see the same images as shown in the instruction, but still there is no on-screen instruction to follow. Instead, it sais:

Last login: Thu Feb 27 16:46:34 on ttys000
MacBook-Air:~ mikakotsuchigahata$ /Volumes/KOBOeReader/install.command ; exit;
No supported packages found in the current directory (/Volumes/KOBOeReader)!
logout
Saving session...
...copying shared history...
...saving history...truncating history files...
...completed.

[Opération terminée]

4- I ejected & unplugged Kobo. Something happens, but I see "Unknown author, and there are many files (14pages) In "Manage Downloads", I see 71 items (311KB) of imported items that were not there initially. I see nowhere KOReader.

Is this normal? Where am I supposed to see ?

I understand your point: if I encounter a crash, I'll certainly not be able to solve problems. But I need e-reader very badly to read tons of PDF articles comfortably without having problem with eyes and head.

I read that Kindle has better system to read PDF without installing supplementary application like KOReader. Is that true? I spent days to read reviews/watch youtube before making a choice. If it's really better and easier with Kindle, I'll return Kobo. Please advice, it'd be appreciated.

Thank you.
