I upgraded Calibre to 4.11.1 and it refuses to upload any files, be they epub or mobi. Here is the error message: calibre, version 4.10.1

I uninstalled the new version, installed the previous one 4.10.1 , restarted the computer and have the same problem. I'[m posting this here because I have never started a thread, so any guidance is welcome. I'm running a 64 bit HP on Windows. Everything worked fine the last time I was in Calibre a month or two ago. What's up?
