I hope someone high up at Amazon reads your letter.

So many companies jump out of the gate, threatening to sue everyone at the first hint of infringement, when in fact they should be working with users. I guess at the end of the day the real responsibility lies within the threats from publishers towards Amazon and Amazon using their legal team like a blunt weapon to make those publishers happy.
