That's one of the things I like about using macs, I don't have to worry about the small details (backing up, viruses, spyware, registry problems etc).
I can see where you wouldn't have to worry about registry problems, but even Mac owners need to think about backups (and should absolutely have off-site backups of all important documents).

Also, while the vast number of viruses and malware are targeted at Windows PCs, you are living in a dream world if you think that having a Mac makes you impervious to attack.
