DeveloperSettings flag in the config whose exact name I can't recall right now that does just that.
We've also been doing it the hard way in FBInk ^^ (i.e., find the button, press it, programmatically).

If it were a device with an SD card, the obvious way would be pulling it out, but I *think* the H2OČ uses an eMMC (I *really* can't remember which is which on that front >_<").
