Cannot even tell me my account status, whether I have completed the challenge or not (I have listened to 4 titles >3 hours, all on the Audible app on Fire tablet, just to make sure they count). Chat session last night unproductive; although this morning I received an email giving me $5 for "compensation for my time and patience". Email detail below.
