I think you heard my story, some years back, in which this happened to our client, the late great Jackie Collins, of all people. Hundreds of millions--literally--of books sold, in her catalogue, and sure as s**t, we got Amazon Kindle Quality notices for Brit Spellings. OMG, she was HOT HOT HOT. And she wasn't a diva, at all, but she was not a happy camper with that nonsense.
