Based on what I’ve heard and read, I think the healthcare in Canada, and most other 1st world nations, is much better than we have here in the USA. It used to be fairly good here, decades ago when I was young. But over the past 50 years or so it has morphed into a mess. The doctors may be decent people, mine are, but the healthcare system here is rotten to the core and does very little to catch diseases like cancer until it is way too late.
