I take that as it is written. Pay in Euros and you earn credit, pay in US-dollars and no discount credit for that sale referral.

As I said Paypal allows one to carry balances in a number of currencies as well as accept payment in those same currencies. I often leave funds paid in euros as euros in case I want to by something from the EU. You also have the option of transferring funds into any currency at any time and then specifying the funding source and currency to use when making payment.

Maybe Bebook needs to clarify their page to no US buyers are eligible or even if in the US as long as payment was made in Euros then the discount works if the US referrer pays in euros when making their purchase and applying the discount.

Of course the real reason could be not the currency but rather the fact of the current US promotion agreement with resellers precludes Bebook from offering the program in the US. In which case the Bebook page should not even mention currency.

Probably just a language thing but it is unclear given the flexibility of currency conversion with Paypal.
