Bookfusion (subscription needed if you want to do something serious, calibre integration, good support, NO issues with large library)
Google Play Books (1k books limit for sideloaded books)
Pocketbook Reader for iOS / Pocketbook Reader for Android (space limit which depends on user's country)
Bookari (subscription required, very strange tech support, NOT working on Android 10 at this time, initial sync of new device is rather complicated if you have large (as in 7k books/14k notes) library in it)
I think Bookfusion is better one of all four
