pdf page numbering question
Is it possible, using the calibre conversion feature, to convert an existing PDF (one without page numbering) so that the new PDF is only altered by having page numbers at the bottom? I have been trying to do just this, using PDF input to PDF output. For some reason I cannot get it to work. If it does work, can this also be used to create a numbered table of contents?
