I've uploaded chapter one (aka index_split_006.xhtml). I had to add an acceptable suffix of "zip" for the forum to allow the upload. When you download it simply remove the ".zip" part . The file really ends in ".xhtml". Again, please know this isn't really a zipped/archive file.
