I'm sure this is a great book, but after I bought it, I can only send it to my kindle. I can read it on my kindle, but I can't read it on read.amazon.com and it won't let me "download and transfer it via USB" to my kindle (and maybe to calibre...)

I feel like going to eat a cheese burger with large fries and a large coke!!!
