Last result
Using minitool partition wizard I could only change the cluster size of the FAT32 partition to 128 Kb.
The other partitions cannot be touched o resized (I tried to put unallocated space after and before the partitions, but nothing).

I haven't noticed a performance improvement. I'm wondering if this could be for the bad microSD: I used a normal Kingstone 32GB
