Fail Fast Exception error
When I close the calibre reader I now always get :

Calibre: calibre-parallel.exe - Fail Fast Exception

A fail fast exception occured. Exception handlers will not be invoked and the process will be terminated immediately.
It only occurs after closing the reader. It does not prevent me from using it.
