If you mean that the divice is blacklisted by Amazon, you are on your own, forum policy prevents us from assisting with the use of blacklisted devices.

Then it seems that 5.9.0.6 has never been on Amazon server. I'll get 5.9.4 and call it a day.
I am actually very happy to get a blacklisted device. That means now I can also blacklist amazon on my firewall. And no more worries about
Bezos snooping on my kindle.
