What I do is have ADE running in library view and right click on any book and select Show File in Explorer. That opens the folder where all of the books are. Open Calibre and position it so that you can drag from that ADE folder to Calibre. Find the book you're wanting in the ADE folder and drag it onto the library list in Calibre.
