How can I open the menu or toc in kindle app on android
What I do is tap and press and hold, in different places with 1 2 or 3 fingers in various configurations over and over for about 5 minutes, and then the menu appears.
What is the actual right way to do it? I've looked around for documentation and describes many things but not how to navigate...
