Over the past year, a small herd of opened partially consumed bottles has built up in the liquor cabinet ... now it's time to rectify the situation ... and start the nightly rotation of nightcap choices until sufficient space is available again to explore new taste adventures ...

Tonight ... adventure amongst the various Ardbeg varieties ...

I'm sure there's a bottle of Lagavulin lurking in the back that I haven't seen for a long time ...
