If customer 5.9.0.6 for whatever device model you are asking about was ever on the Amazon server, it is still there and still using its same URL as when released.

The Factory (use only, q. a. firmware) is available without any password protection.
Somebody else is handling that for about the last two years.
I am totally out of the firmware distribution business.

I am also no longer actively engaged in the game of "Whack a Firmware", Lab126's version of "Whack a Mole" that they provide for us.

If you mean that the divice is blacklisted by Amazon, you are on your own, forum policy prevents us from assisting with the use of blacklisted devices.
