I was trying to install Adaway / DNS 66 / Blokada yesterday and none could work as they cannot access the hosts file, root is definitely required.
Has anyone ever tried rooting the Ares, or Mars following
this method?
I just want some feedback before I do anything...
normally the procedure on a phone is to
- enable developpers options, aloow usb debugging
- unlock the bootloader
- somehow flash su
