We understand what you are saying happens. But, to help, we need to know details. Such as, which tap area option are you using? Or where are you tapping that it keeps opening menu? Is it opening when you tap an area that supposed to open the menu? What is "constantly"? Every time you try to turn the page? Or one in ten times or something else? Maybe it is related to how you hold the device? Maybe a finger is on the edge confusing thing. And, what firmware version are you running?

I don't remember seeing a report like this before. A more common problem is highlighting accidentally. Most times there are issues with tapping and not getting the desired result, changing the tap zones helps. Or, swiping only gets rid of it.
