Are thinking for a few hours: a spare inner liner (the silver Pot part) for a 3 quart Instant Pot. It maximizes the space inside an IP (6qt or 8qt) so you can put water under it, trivet, then 3qt liner. You can cook your OWN chili or spaghetti sauce recipes, without watering them down. It's call "pot in pot" cooking. Any smaller metal pot is useful (see Goodwill, etc) but the 3qt liner maximizes the inner pot cooking space. I love to have my own spaghetti sauce recipe, with no extra water added to keep from "burning". These cost about $30 I think. You create a small steam oven, with the regular liner, water, and another pot inside.

[ A 6qt pot will NOT fit inside an 8qt, so don't try. It'll get majorly stuck. ]
