That looks like it might be a PDF in some sort of Kindle wrapper
The last line usually means calibre can't get enough memory.
Is your Windows 32 bit or 64bit?
If it is 64bit and you're running 32bit calibre or calibre portable install 64 bit calibre and retry (32bit, 64bit and Portable can coexist).
If it is 32bit you'll have to add memory and then install 64 bit calibre, or buy, borrow, etc a bigger computer.
