@mvrana: I assume that the install script didn't complain about anything?
In which case, it already triple-checks that the relevant setting gets added, so it's kind of out of my hands after that. Either the device was badly unplugged, or the USBMS stack is being contrary and the changes weren't actually written to the device.
There's been a couple people with similar experiences in the last few pages, check that for more details (but it basically entails making sure the
setting took, letting Nickel delete the now hidden files, then re-install this).
