What you are looking for is ereader2html and then Calibre to convert the HTML to LRF or ePub. Note that ereader2html is a Python script, but there are various threads here about how to use such scripts if you need help. Stripping the DRM from ebooks is generally thought to be illegal in some places, but it is hard to see who is hurt by doing so on ebooks you bought for personal use.
