Not at all. The extended warranty is perfectly fine... it people feel it is worth it. But, if people thing it is a batter replacement plan then I just wanted it to be clear that this is not the case.

BTW: Buying an extended warranty for an electronic device is generally advised against by financial advisers. Now, an accident plan, that is a different story.
