But I would love to be able to use some of the points I've accumulated. I also miss getting the books a month early when I bought from them directly. But so long as you cannot download the book I won't shop there.

I wish they would just stop adding DRM. I'm sure calls about ADE were time consuming for customer service and tech support to deal with and contributed to the decision to outsource their store to begin with.
