If epub lacks toc.ncx, says it must close. Previouis version creates one for you. This is opening epub created with this new version.

Went back to 0.09.18 and said it lacked one and created it for me.

In working with a long html file seemed to work slower than before.

This is under Windows 10 64 bit.
