Everything in my Toc is working great, except Calibre is linking my Cover entry in the TOC to the index_split_000.html file rather than to the titlepage.xhml file. What am doing wrong?

I'm getting there this way: When converting to epub, in the Table of Contents options I check "Manually fine tune..." and then press the "Generate ToC from links"... it works perfectly except for the Cover page... why? As mentioned it goes to the index_split_000.html (which is actually my title page)
