Okay, I've just tested the list from odamizu and yes, all those methods work for me as well, so this is great news.

When we have the new 20-clip bar I will move my css stylesheet there to easily access it (currently it's full of other clips I use more frequently).
What (still) does not work, and what is my habitual method of using clips in html, is clicking on the name of the clip in the clips panel (I always have this docked in the lower left corner under the book browser), although it works perfectly in html. It never even occurred to me to try a different method as I just supposed that if it didn't work there it wouldn't work anywhere else, and clips were html-only. So, thanks for the excellent tip!
Now I'm curious, is it deliberate that it doesn't work from the clips panel? Or am I the only person who uses that so nobody else noticed it doesn't work?
