Your info box on the left says you have a KOA2 device.
All *.bin files (either ours or Amazons) are "device (type)" locked.
Which means you can not install a *.bin file on a KOA2 that is intended for the K3 keyboard.
So in the case you report, "grayed out" is the correct and expected outcome.
