the 2nd one is one i actually bought, the first was just a "similar to" example.
with this sort of stuff you can find dozens of similar items at amazon , all from brands you have not heard of( probably re-brands all from same factory) and when you go back a few months later they are unavailable - their place has been taken by a few dozen "new" brands
it does make wise shopping tricky, since you can't always trust the reviews either
I just rechecked ( at UK ) but amazon basics don't offer a 2 in 1 cable.
