Just copy the files onto the device. Each file will be listed as it's own 'book', (by filename for the title). Of course, that will become hard to manage, so I would suggest putting all your pictures together into a zip file, rename the .zip to .cbz, that will become sort of an album.
It is a bit of an odd thing to do with an e-ink screen, since most people will have some kind of handheld colour device much better suited to viewing photos.
