To see directly in Calibre which book is on which reader, I use the following process:
- only one library for all three reader (main, home, travel)
- Kobo Utility to add read-percentage from reader to Calibre
- reading list to add books to one or more devices
- reading list (automated) to add device name to a customized column
- reading list to remove from device as this will also removing the device name from that customized column.
- one combined column: {#onMain:switch(J,M,N,x,.)}{#onHome:switch(J,H,N,x ,.)}{#onTravel:switch(J,T,N,x,.)} result e.g. M.. or .HT

very nice - at least for me it works 100 percent perfect.
