I repeated the same experiment on a sunny day using the UPRtek MF250N Flicker Meter aimed at setting the sun. The temperature dropped to about 4300K and then it started to rise.

So for me, the best artificial lighting is:
4000K
over 97CRI
no hill for blue (equal spectrum)
flicker 100Hz below 0.1%
over 1000lx
indirect light
