As he watched Spock move his bishop to take his knight, Puck's memory fled back to his time as cabin boy aboard the HMS Bounty. As the memory of sea air and the echos of gulls filled his mind, Puck wondered if the true reason for the mutiny would ever be discovered, that the crew mutinied when it was discovered that Captain Bligh had eaten the last of the Neopolitan ice cream without sharing it with any of the petty officers or able seamen.
