Just a tip for any app you're wanting to not be cleaned up by the system is to whitellist it via Settings, App and Permission Management, Memory Cleanup.
You should do this for any audio app (eg. Spotify, Amazon Music, Audible, RadioDroid) and any other app you don't want the system to kill, such a Blokada, K-9 Mail (so you can get notifications), etc.
