The issue was in handling unzipping of epubs. It only impacts flightcrew-cli and flightcrew-gui not flightcrew-plugin (because Sigil itself does the unzipping for the plugin version and Sigil's code has already been updated to prevent malicious epubs from being used). So no new release of flightcrew-plugin in needed and it never had any issues to begin with.
We did tag master for 0.9.3 for flightcrew-cli and flightcrew-gui so that any Linux distributions can get the latest versions if they include them.

On the GitHub release page, a tag or something in prep for 0.9.3 is shown dated July 21, 2019, but I can't find the actual download link.
The Latest Release shown is 0.9.2, released in Dec 20, 2016.
