Amazon has a Great on Kindle discount that is acquired when one purchases a Great On Kindle book. Apart from that there are other offers that apply more generally , for example a $3 discount on any graphic novel that I used yesterday.
I’m pretty satisfied with current situation. There is always room for improvement of course. For example I would like have ability to have more than one book open at a time on platforms that support multitasking and multiple ‘desktops’ (Windows, iPadOS and macOS). I’ve yet to see any reading app that offers this apart from PDF apps.
