It appears that you used the new "Insert chapter start images" feature of Kindle Create in your book. That resulted in a KPF file containing formatting that is not currently handled by the KFX Input plugin.

Conversion will be able to complete if you select the option "Allow conversion to complete if errors are detected" in the KFX Input tab of the conversion options when converting the book. The next release of the KFX Input plugin will be able to handle this new formatting without producing an error.
