If you've been picking up the approx. quarterly installments at tor.com, the overlap with those volumes appears to be extensive but not complete, going by the cover image.
I did a quick search at Kobo and didn't find this listed, but I'm not adept at Kobo searches either. Please correct me if I missed a listing.
