Interactive is best for devices with a browser.
It is a bad match for most ereaders and eink.
Many ereaders have poor support.
If marketed as ebooks or for ereaders this will only annoy users. Also why I disagree with epub3, it's not a valid update to epub2 for ebooks. It's an attempt to do what a web browser does better and most of the spec is thus ill-conceived.
