^ Look on the other side of the board as suggested above.

Or follow a trace (line) that goes from the pad to a convenient location & gently scrape the resist/mask (coloured, non-conductive coating) off. You will see the copper trace underneath to which you can solder a thin e.g. 28 ga wire.
