i dont use a separate intake library i just drop my book straight in to my library. i often down load a lot of fanfiction as epubs and drop them straight into calibre and titles like "second chance" ect are so polular they always open up the duplicates box and it means i have to go through a lot of books ticking them

I was just hoping there was a way calibre could be made to recognize a book with the same title but a different author
