ePubs now seem to have some sort of stats locally for current book with this FW version. Before there was nothing/wanted a WiFi connection.
I tried kepubs (inadvertantly) for quite a while. I prefer epubs as they render the same as the converted to KF8/AZW on Kindle and also the same as the epubs on Android apps, Calibre Viewer and other makes of ereader such as iRiver, Binatone, Sony and Nook.
Also some books either the entire margin or first line indent was wrong on kepubs if that was in the css as Points rather than Ems. Most renderers (ebook or web browser) use the industry standard 12 pt = 1em. I wasn't going to edit CSS to suit the kepub renderer, though I did on a couple of books to prove to myself that Points are incorrectly handled in some situations by kepub renderer. Perhaps they have fixed it as that was a few versions ago.
